I am writing regarding order #ORD-2050-HKG-9862 placed with Properties & Ventures International on November 3, 1977. I paid $212.4 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chelsie I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
