I have been a loyal customer of Prime Housing Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2731-OGY-8845) on April 22, 1976, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
