I want to report a serious concern with Chef Catering's tool that I purchased on April 22, 2017 from your Elmerborough, Minnesota store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Amira E., but my issue remains unresolved.
