Poor customer service experience with Chef Catering

I want to report a serious concern with Chef Catering's membership that I purchased on January 29, 1985 from your South Mortimer, West Virginia store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eliseo N., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 07, 2025 06:00Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $377.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
