Overcharged by Royal Partners International for service

On March 1, 2011, I signed up for Royal Partners International's repair service at their East Bethstad, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $284.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chaya J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 05:36I want to acknowledge that Royal Partners International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $29.90 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $29.90 for a microwave that never worked properly.
