On July 10, 1970, I signed up for Precise Justice Services's repair service at their South Belle, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $626.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bret T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Precise Justice Services still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their upgrade plan.
