I am writing regarding order #ORD-2244-VVV-1207 placed with Precise Justice Services on November 4, 2020. I paid $676.29 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Russel D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
