I purchased a system from Prime Partners London Group on August 10, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Albert A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Prime Partners London Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
