I want to report a serious concern with Medical Center Wuppertal's system that I purchased on February 14, 2016 from your Port Ceciltown, Wisconsin store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mason W., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Medical Center Wuppertal has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-35468083 multiple times.
