Prescription errors by Life Center Ltd. pharmacy
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-3801-JDO-7959 placed with Life Center Ltd. on February 22, 1975. I paid $184.18 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tony M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
