I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Destany K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Life Center Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
