Refund refused by Works Construction

I purchased a plan from Works Construction on November 22, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Wilford K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 28, 2025 06:09After my initial complaint, Works Construction contacted me to troubleshoot the vacuum cleaner. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
