I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $896.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lilian S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Riley Robinson from the Customer Service at Pioneer University Training, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
