On June 19, 1982, I signed up for Pioneer University Training's exchange program at their Goodwinport, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $896.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lilian S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
