I have been a loyal customer of Consulting, Consulting & Offices Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-2823-JGA-5476) on March 2, 2005, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $277.12 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
