I have been a loyal customer of LogicChip for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2101-KVY-5658) on August 16, 2024, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 12, 2025 05:13I want to acknowledge that LogicChip has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $260.34 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $260.34 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
