I want to report a serious concern with LogicChip's plan that I purchased on January 29, 2020 from your Lake Elody, Texas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Selmer A., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Linda Smith from the Support Operations at LogicChip, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
