I am writing regarding order #ORD-5459-KPM-7778 placed with MegaShoppe on February 15, 1996. I paid $633.94 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jamaal T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because MegaShoppe finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
