I am writing regarding order #ORD-7573-QRM-4204 placed with FastShop Group on December 18, 2006. I paid $101.4 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Earline Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:34I appreciate FastShop Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement formal shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
