I want to report a serious concern with Smart Code's package that I purchased on May 1, 2003 from your New Heatherberg, Washington store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Darlene I., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $95.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
