I purchased a application from Trusted Defense Counsel Guarulhos on May 25, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Abigail C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Trusted Defense Counsel Guarulhos, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my prepared meal. This is extremely frustrating.
