I purchased a gadget from Data-Pulse on November 4, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Miguel G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Data-Pulse contacted me to troubleshoot the subscription box. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
