I'm writing to complain about the consultation I received from HyperPulse. After paying $995.15 for product, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rita I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

The situation with HyperPulse has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the subscription plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-5B52E27A multiple times.
