I have been a loyal customer of Trend Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-5684-NOH-2961) on January 4, 1970, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
