On July 27, 2007, I signed up for Urban Abode Bradford's training session at their Port Michaelland, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $642.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Susanna C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
