I have been a loyal customer of Urban Abode Bradford for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2942-ZBO-1687) on February 20, 1971, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Urban Abode Bradford finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the air purifier, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
