Delayed delivery from Academy of Excellence

On January 28, 1979, I signed up for Academy of Excellence's premium plan at their Pipermouth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $711.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kamille D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 06, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that Academy of Excellence has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $367.13 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $367.13 for a jacket that never worked properly.
