I want to report a serious concern with Academy of Excellence's device that I purchased on June 1, 1997 from your Langoshland, Mississippi store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Michelle N., but my issue remains unresolved.
