Frustrated with Eats & Catering's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Eats & Catering's equipment that I purchased on October 19, 1994 from your Heatherfort, Kansas store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vladimir R., but my issue remains unresolved.
