Misleading advertising by Eats & Catering

I purchased a gadget from Eats & Catering on April 28, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Amari Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
