I purchased a unit from HyperEdge on October 26, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Conrad I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because HyperEdge finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
