I want to report a serious concern with HyperEdge's tool that I purchased on November 27, 2022 from your Port Brandyshire, Indiana store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Meredith C., but my issue remains unresolved.
