On November 27, 1997, I signed up for TopHaus's maintenance program at their Karliville, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $549.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dejuan S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
