Misleading advertising by TopHaus

I want to report a serious concern with TopHaus's unit that I purchased on April 19, 2006 from your Ziemefurt, Pennsylvania store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alexandria R., but my issue remains unresolved.
