Unresolved issue with Land of Urban product

On October 30, 1997, I signed up for Land of Urban's consultation at their East Demond, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $794.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alivia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 22, 2025 05:41I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Land of Urban not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
