Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises's platform that I purchased on July 12, 2017 from your Gleichnerborough, Tennessee store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Felicity B., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 05:32It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
