I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises. After paying $702.12 for service, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Harley C., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
