I want to report a serious concern with Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises's service that I purchased on March 14, 2013 from your Wuckertport, Kentucky store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Catherine Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-A01EF14C multiple times.
