Billing dispute with Rights Counsel of Advocate Ltd.

On April 27, 2008, I signed up for Rights Counsel of Advocate Ltd.'s troubleshooting service at their Millsfurt, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $338.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ryley S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
