Unsatisfactory resolution from Artisan Feast Kitchens Holdings

I purchased a plan from Artisan Feast Kitchens Holdings on August 10, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ova X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
