I purchased a subscription from Artisan Feast Kitchens Holdings on March 26, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rebeka L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
