I purchased a accessory from OptimalDiagnostic on August 18, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jakayla K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because OptimalDiagnostic finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the wireless speaker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
