Quality issues with Dishes & Specialties product

I purchased a equipment from Dishes & Specialties on April 21, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bethany G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
