I have been a loyal customer of PrimeLife for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4825-XLL-9306) on February 22, 1982, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with PrimeLife has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the consultation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-B219918B multiple times.
