I have been a loyal customer of PrimeLife for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4825-XLL-9306) on February 22, 1982, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
