I have been a loyal customer of Domain & Ventures for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-4068-HNV-9718) on February 25, 1987, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Domain & Ventures has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-DCD3F83C multiple times.
