I have been a loyal customer of Solicitor Associates, Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8497-GZK-6283) on April 16, 2025, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Jennifer Smith from the Service Excellence at Solicitor Associates, Associates, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
