Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Solicitor Associates, Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2037-GHH-6660) on April 21, 2016, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 9 days since my initial complaint, and Solicitor Associates, Associates still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their priority service.
