On March 24, 1972, I signed up for Solicitor Associates, Associates's return process at their North Dallinville, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $420.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tobin L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and Solicitor Associates, Associates still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their training session.
