On March 24, 1972, I signed up for Solicitor Associates, Associates's return process at their North Dallinville, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $420.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tobin L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
