I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from Land of Prestige Holdings. After paying $915.79 for solution, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Bridgette K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 12, 2025 05:26I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Land of Prestige Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
