I ordered account (order #ORD-6800-NWZ-8941) on October 4, 2023, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Bazaar & Center, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my winter coat. This is extremely frustrating.
