I want to report a serious concern with Bazaar & Center's unit that I purchased on February 15, 1981 from your North Mortonberg, Texas store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Minnie A., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Bazaar & Center still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
